We want to remind everyone that coming into Chorley and spending even a small amount in the independent businesses, will help retain the unique feel of the town, attract other lovely shops, cafes & bars and make us all proud to live in such a special little Northern town. 🫒🌶️ PICKLING SPICE 🌶️🫒
It’s that time of year! Your fruits and veg are being harvested and what to do with them? Pickle them! Simply combine your chosen item-to-be-pickled, add a chosen vinegar and this spice mix (available on refill) and leave to work itself over time! Our mix contains coriander, mustard seeds, cloves, crushed chillies, black pepper, kibbled bay leaves, all spice, juniper berries and ginger. It definitely packs a punch!
