We want to remind everyone that coming into Chorley and spending even a small amount in the independent businesses, will help retain the unique feel of the town, attract other lovely shops, cafes & bars and make us all proud to live in such a special little Northern town. Pork schnitzel.

Lean pork loin, tenderised and battened out to quickly pan fry, coated in a delicious crunchy crumb of paprika, turmeric, pepper, garlic and lemon.

For best results pan fry for approximately 4-5 mins each side.
Alternatively, grill or airfry.

Serve with salad, rice or potatoes,
