Acorn Community Support provides social, emotional and practical support to those in need in the Teign Valley and Cheriton Bishop area. Services include coffee clubs, minibus trips to Sainsbury's/ASDA, Lunch trips, Outings, a Memory Lane Cafe, volunteers making social visits to clients. I expect you would all like to know how much we raised from our Prize Raffle Draw last month? We were absolutely delighted to have raised £1662 and cannot thank those of you who bought tickets enough. It was an exciting day with telephone calls and BACS payments right up to the last minute. It felt very high profile and we rather enjoyed it.
