Lime Down solar farm is an inappropriate development for our area. It’s affects will be felt deeply though out our community. Renewable energy development is crucial to the progress of our country but it must be done in a responsible and respectful way.

Great to see Cllr Tony Dale at the launch last week of the new Roots + Seeds Kitchen Garden at Far Peak, Northleach, alongside founders Toby and Sam.

As Cabinet Member for Health, Culture and Visitor Experience, and ward councillor for Northleach, Tony was delighted to support this fantastic new local business as it opens its doors in our community.

Roots + Seeds has already built a strong reputation through its successful venues at The Old Kennels in Cirencester Park and Gloucester Food Docks, with a real focus on locally sourced, seasonal produce and a welcoming space for residents and visitors alike. Their new Northleach venue is a brilliant addition to Far Peak and another boost for the local visitor economy. (Root & Seeds)

Money is tight for councils – we all know that. But Lib Dem councillors don’t just complain about it, we get on and deliver.

Take Archery Road. Those brand new pavements didn’t appear by accident, Cllr Mark Harris pushed, followed up and made it happen for local residents.

Paul Evans will do the same for the Beeches. Working alongside Mark and our local Lib Dem team, he’ll make sure our area is front of the queue when new investment in roads, pavements and paths comes forward.
