What are our aims?
• To help address high levels of unemployment
• To engage hard to reach unemployed people and address issues around personal development and soft skills.
• To provide a suitable and non-threatening environment that offers a practical work experience.
• To provide appropriate and personalised mentoring and support services.
• To offer volunteer and work placement opportunities wi

thin the project.
• To work with partner agencies to improve the programme and multiply trainee benefits.
• To encourage individuals to take control and manage their future opportunities.
• To build individual self-belief and confidence and identify/resolve barriers to employment.
