Birthday Parties! 🎉

We have limited availability for parties up to the end of the year, dates are;
Saturday 17th October 10am-12pm
Saturday 7th November 1-3pm
Saturday 21st November 10am-12pm or 1-3pm
Saturday 5th December 1-3pm

If you'd like a party this year, please get in touch about dates as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.
We have good availability for 2027 at the moment.

Celebrate in style in our own woods based in Cleckheaton!
Have sole use of the space for your child’s birthday party which includes; hotdogs or pizza wraps, toasted marshmallows, popcorn and hot chocolate around the fire for all children, hot drinks for all adults, free play activities such as mud kitchen, construction zone, minibeast hunting and den building and a craft of choice.

All you need to do is bring a cake and candles.

Parties are available on weekends, lasting up to 2 hours. Children remain the responsibility of their adults throughout the party.

Cost: £150 for up to 15 children, £7 per additional child. £60 deposit upon booking to secure your date and time. Final balance payable 7 days before the date.

Optional extras;
Scraptastic crafty party bags for £2 per child.
Hotdogs or pizza wraps for all adults for £15.

Cancellation policy: if the date is filled by another party after cancelling, a full refund will be given, if not the final balance will be refunded minus the £60 deposit.

If Green Explorers cancels the party i.e. due to adverse weather, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund.

October Half Term 🎃🍂

It might be a while off but it's always a popular one, the sessions are listed ready to get booked on, some are nearly full so don't leave it too long if you're planning on coming.

In the run up to Halloween we enjoy things spooky without being scary, focusing mostly on pumpkins and the change in seasons.

Twilight Pumpkin Trail 🎃

Enjoy the woodland as it gets dark, following the trail of pumpkins, plus campfire hotdogs and s'mores and spooky craft and play.

Thank you for a super busy summer holidays, we have been pretty much fully booked throughout 😊 It means a lot!

We are now closed for the rest of the summer for a much needed break. After a quick reset at the start of September, we'll reopen on Friday 4th September 👍

Here's what we're getting up to in September and October at the woods, the best months in my opinion 🍂🎃

All sessions are available to book up to October Half term now.

During half term we'll have Stay and Play sessions and our popular Twilight Pumpkin Trail.

Today we had our last Summer Forest School session.
These sessions over the last 4 weeks have been fabulously chilled, but we've done lots.

This week we made willow stars, dragons eyes and toasted cheese s'mores 😋

We'll be back with Winter Forest School for over 5's in February Half Term.
