We had a visit from the staff and children at Rydal Day Nursery, who brought along their baby chicks for us to meet. They're so cute and fluffy and gave us lots of joy.

We welcomed Kate from Cl4rity Holistic Therapy last week. She was with us for 2 days to give our residents and staff lovely back, neck, head and hand massages. Or we could choose a Japanese head massage or reflexology treatment. Thank you to our wonderful boss for the treat. We look forward to having Kate back soon. Wish us luck for our Pretty Muddy Cancer Research Fundraising event tomorrow. 8 of us are off to Cardiff to get wet and muddy on the 5km obstacle course. We'll be tackling high inflatable climb-and-slide obstacles as well as crawling under cargo nets through mud pits, running, jogging and walking in-between.
