This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced carer working in Care at Home/Homecare who is ready to progress into their first leadership position or someone already working as a Team Senior/Senior Carer who wants to develop further.

As a Team Senior, you’ll work closely with our Care Professionals out in the community, helping them feel supported, confident and valued while ensuring we continue to deliver the high standards of care we’re proud of.

Your role will include:
⭐ Supporting and developing Care Professionals in the field
⭐ Completing spot checks, shadowing and quality monitoring
⭐ Providing guidance, feedback and day-to-day support
⭐ Helping maintain excellent standards of care
⭐ Being a positive role model and leading by example
⭐ Supporting new and existing team members to succeed

Are you friendly, encouraging and passionate about helping people enjoy life in their local community?

We’re looking for a Companionship Care Professional to support several service users with getting out and about, enjoying activities and maintaining their independence.

You’ll be someone who:

⭐ Enjoys encouraging and engaging with people
⭐ Is a good listener and confident communicator
⭐ Is patient, reliable and approachable
⭐ Can build positive and trusting relationships
⭐ Has previous experience in care or companionship support, preferred but not essential

Week 1
Monday: 9:00am–5:15pm
Wednesday: 9:00am–4:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am–2:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am–5:30pm

Week 2
Monday: 9:00am–5:15pm
Thursday: 9:00am–2:00pm
Friday: 9:00am–4:00pm

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide meaningful one-to-one support while helping people stay active, connected and involved in their communities.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided. Previous experience is welcomed, but your values, personality and commitment to helping others are equally important.
