The coming month is packed with opportunities for tenants to get involved, have their say and help shape housing services.

✅ 10 September - Tenant Scrutiny Panel AGM
✅ 16 September - Empty Homes (Voids) Inspector Training
✅ 17 September - Housing Improvement Panel update
✅ 28 September - Tenant Association Governance and Networking Group (TAGANG)

🏠 Empty Homes inspections will also take place throughout the month, and our Tenant Associations will continue to run local activities, events and community opportunities.

🏡 Tenant Empty Home Inspectors making a difference! 🏡

On Friday 24 July, the first Tenant Empty Home Inspector postcard was left at a property following an inspection.

This lets new tenants know that their home has been visited by tenants for tenants, helping us ensure our properties meet the standards our residents expect before they move in.

Interested in becoming a Tenant Empty Home Inspector and helping to improve services for fellow residents? We have a training session coming up in September and would love to hear from you.

🚨 Queen's Street, Measham - Meet the Contractor event 🚨

If you live in Measham and are interested in finding out more about the housing development on Queen's Street, you're invited to come along to our 'Meet the Contractor' event from 4-7pm on Wednesday 29 July at Measham Village Hall. 🏘️🏠

Representatives from the council and the contractor will be available throughout the session to discuss the project, explain the proposed programme of works and answer any questions, comments or concerns you may have.
