A reminder from Natta regarding the overnight working this weekend at the Fiveways Roundabout
Natta Building Ltd would like to inform that works will be carried out at Stanway Roundabout over the coming weekend, during the planned road closure.
The works will involve completing the concrete overrun detail around the raised central island and installing the block paving to the traversable strip. Due to the nature of these activities and the limited duration of the road closure, works are expected to take place during both daytime and night-time hours.
We understand that working outside normal hours may cause some inconvenience to the local community. We will plan and coordinate the works where practicable to help minimise disruption to nearby residents and businesses.
Natta Building Ltd apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks local residents and businesses for their patience and understanding while these works are completed.

Following questions raised after the Phase 9 traffic management switch, here is a brief update:
The temporary traffic lights are required because of restricted working widths at the Blackberry/Winstree corner.
The ramp finishes are temporary and will be properly surfaced before the works are completed.
The raised tables on Dyers Road and Heath Road will provide safer pedestrian and cycling routes once the spine road opens. This forms part of a new policy to encourage walking and cycling.
Keep-left signs are in place on the coned roundabout.

Thank you to British Land for hosting yesterday’s meeting at Tollgate Retail Park.
It was great to bring together a strong team committed to finding solutions to an ongoing issue. Representatives from Essex Police, the retail parks, COLBAC, Youth Services and the ASB Team all joined the discussion, sharing ideas and working collaboratively.
I was delighted to see such constructive partnership working for the benefit of the Stanway community. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed.
