💛 8 years ago… everything changed.
Last Friday marked 8 years since I joined the WOW family and took the leap into becoming the owner of Toddler Sense Colchester.
Looking back, it’s incredible to think how much has happened in that time. From rebuilding the business and watching it grow, to welcoming thousands of families through our doors, surviving a global pandemic, expanding to take on Baby Sensory, opening The WOW Centre, building an amazing team, and creating memories that I’ll treasure forever.
It’s certainly been a journey… one that’s challenged me, shaped me and given me so much to be proud of.
As many of you know, this year I’m preparing to hand over the reins. While it’s a bittersweet decision, I genuinely believe Toddler Sense has so much more to give. The business is in a fantastic position for someone to take everything we’ve built together and make it their own.
I think back to how nervous I was taking over eight years ago, never imagining where the journey would lead. If you’re someone who has ever dreamed of running your own business, working with children and families, and making a real difference in your community, perhaps this could be the start of your story too.
