Yoga starts back at Focus on Family next Weds 23rd Sept from 5.45pm-7.00pm. All levels welcome. £3 per person per class. For more info email [email protected]

Mondays 2pm-4pm, starts 7th Sept - Bring your own knitting, crochet or other crafts and have a cup of tea and a chat with the ladies in the group. £1 per week

Tuesdays 10am-11.30am, starts 8th Sept - Walking & Wellbeing Group - starts at Focus on Family at 10am for the walk, followed by a cuppa and a chat - Free

Tuesdays 11am-1pm & 2pm-4pm, starts 8th Sept and Thursdays 7pm-9pm, starts 10th Sept - Sewing Class - Use sewing machines to make garments, quilts & bags. £1 per class

Wednesdays 5.45pm-7.00pm, starts 23rd Sept - Yoga with Brian for all levels – everyone welcome to join at any time. £3 per class
