A fantastic opportunity to join Zet Piliso in an exciting and unique wine tasting evening.....

The evening will begin at 7pm with opening drinks and nibbles. The wine tasting will be accompanied by a presentation and discussion.

After our opening drinks, there will be charcutery available to aid us through the six fantastic wines we have to offer. A full presentation will be done for each of the wines. There will be plenty of time to laugh, mingle and ask questions. Whether you are a novice or a connoisseur, it's all about the experience. Come along to this unique and one-off event - you won't regret it!

Imstrument Discovery all set up!

Come on down and try out keyboards, ukelele, guitars and synth!

We've also got our children's book sale set up with our lovely volunteers on hand!

Alongside our Instrument Discovery Session on Friday, we will also be holding a second hand childrens book sale.

All proceeds from the sale go directly back into funding activities in the library, just like this.

Come along and try a variety of instruments in a relaxed, friendly environment. Whether you've always wanted to have a go or you're just curious, this is a fantastic opportunity to explore music hands-on.

On Monday last week we had another open mic night for poetry and spoken word at Colne Library. We had the biggest turnout ever and made £85 for the friends of colne library.
I have finally been through the photo consent forms. I think everyone has consented to me sharing these! But if you spot yourself and want it taken down please just let me know.
I also have videos of everyone performing so if you’d like me to send you yours then drop me a message ❤️💕✨

Colne Library are looking for a volunteer to help fellow Family
History researchers with their investigations, arranged class visits
and Family History sessions, allowing more people to be helped in
this popular area of research!

The position is on Tuesday mornings 10am-12pm.
