💙 Support starts with being heard.

For some people, poor mental health can make finding work, returning to work or staying in work feel like a real challenge.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Our Connect to Work team has specialist mentors who will take the time to listen, understand your situation and help you work out what you want to do next.

There’s no pressure and no judgement – just friendly, one-to-one support that’s right for you, at your own pace.

And our support doesn’t stop when you start work. We can be there to support you every step of the way. 💙

If work feels difficult right now, come and have a chat with us.

You’ll be heard. You’ll be supported. And you don’t have to do it alone. Get in touch with our Connect to Work team: 📞 01492 575578
