That’s tea sorted. Experimenting with flavours and ingredients to bring you new dishes. This is a recipe for Menthi Murgh (chicken curry with fenugreek) taken from book the ‘Indian Cookery Course’ using yoghurt from Can’t wait to try it for tea!! Will it make it to the menu??? Making another batch of beef lasagne this morning with these freshly pulled carrots. There’s something very special about homegrown veg, and the taste compared to supermarket veg is incredible! I feel like a proud parent!! Would love to see pics of your allotments/ veggie patches and produce

Our favourite season for cooking with such an abundance of beautiful produce. We pick as much from our gardens as possible to use in our seasonal cooking, and what we can’t pick we buy locally . What have you been growing? Would love to see pics!!

How beautiful is this purple sage, bought from the one and only a couple of years ago and growning beautifully in our herb garden. Freshly grown herbs from our herb garden make our dishes taste extra special. Did you know some fresh herbs contain more antioxidants – substances that fight cancer and heart disease – than some fruit and vegetables!!

Homegrown beans (also called fava beans) picked fresh from the garden this morning. Combine these tasty legumes in a salad- perfect served with one of our tasty lasagnes to end the weekend off!!.
