Rent Strike Warwick We are a coalition of students at the University of Warwick demanding an end to this broken student housing system.

We are joining the national student rent strike movement in the fight for rent cuts and real support for students. The Government and the University of Warwick lied to us about the education we would have this year to keep us paying extortionate fees and rent. Losing work and facing isolation so many students have gone without the mental health or financial support needed, while many international

students have been forced to stay in the country. To add insult to injury University of Warwick management are planning to end Warwick Accommodation managed off-campus accommodation from 2021/22 academic year, leaving students at the mercy of private landlords. Enough is enough - we refuse to pay for this broken student housing system. By taking collective action and joining thousands of students around the country on rent strike we can hit management where it hurts and win rent cuts, and real support for students.
