The amended legislation for Carbon Monoxide alarms comes into effect on 1st October 2022. Are you compliant?

Any rented residential property will require at least one alarm installed that has a fixed burning appliance. (this now includes boilers)

Also if your tenant reports a faulty smoke or CO alarm, it must be repaired or replaced as soon as is reasonably practical. We know how much call out charges are!!!
