🌟 Community Café at the Dementia Hub 🌟

Did you know our Dementia Hub Café is open to everyone? ☕💙

Whether you’re popping in for a cup of tea, a bacon sandwich, a friendly chat, or to spend time with loved ones, our café is a warm and welcoming space for the whole community.

You don’t need to be connected to the hub to join us – everyone is welcome. It’s a lovely place to relax, meet new people, and enjoy a friendly atmosphere while supporting the hub and the work we do.

So why not come along, bring a friend or family member, and enjoy a cuppa with us? ☕🍰

Whether you’re living with dementia, caring for someone, or simply want to come along for some friendly company, everyone is welcome. 🥰

🌸 Bank Holiday Opening Update 🌸

Just a little reminder that the Coventry Dementia Partnership Hub & Forget Me Not Café will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday, 31st August. 💜

We’ll be back open as usual on Tuesday 1st September and we can’t wait to welcome you all back! ☕️🌸

Carers Trust Heart of England 💙 Here at the hub!

There Day Break service offers companionship, activities, care and connection in a safe and welcoming environment for people living with dementia.

For carers, it also provides peace of mind and the opportunity to take a meaningful break, knowing their loved one is supported and cared for.

If you are beginning to feel that someone close to you may need additional support, please reach out. You do not have to wait until things feel overwhelming.

💜 Our August Activities Calendar! 💜

We have another fantastic month of activities at the Coventry Dementia Partnership Hub, and we’d love to welcome you along.

Whether you’re living with dementia, caring for someone, or simply looking for a friendly place to enjoy a coffee and meet new people, there’s something for everyone.

No booking is needed for most groups, so feel free to pop in and say hello. Everyone is welcome, and you’ll always receive a warm, friendly welcome.

Please remember to:
💧 Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water throughout the day.
🧢 Keep cool – stay in the shade and avoid the hottest part of the day (11am–3pm).
🏠 Keep your home cool – close blinds and curtains during the day.
🚶 Avoid strenuous activity during peak heat.

If you know an older person, someone living alone, or someone with a long-term health condition, please check they're coping with the heat, have enough water, and are keeping cool.
