Our October calendar is here, and we have another lovely month planned at the Hub! 🥰

There’s lots going on, with something for everyone to enjoy, including:

🎶 Memory Singers and Singing for Health and Mind
💜 Young Onset Dementia coffee mornings
🤗 Carers Trust Daybreak and carer support
🎨 Fiona’s activities and Love to Move
🌸 Amba Care Story Circles and Meaningful Moments
💙 Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Voice Local Group
👨‍⚕️ Drop-in advice sessions and much more!

We’re also looking forward to welcoming the Veteran’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Service on Thursday 29th October. 💙

Whether you come along every week or haven’t visited us before, you’ll always receive a warm welcome at our Hub.

We’re delighted to share this fantastic event taking place on Tuesday 20th October, from 10.30am to 1pm at Tamarind Centre, Harp Place, Coventry.

Hosted by Lions Club of Coventry Godiva, this free event is all about supporting a healthy mind in a healthy body. 🧠❤️
