The survey will be open from 26 May until 17 July 2026.

The survey takes between 10-15 minutes to complete and asks about:
• You and your family life
• Your parenting experiences
• What help/support your family has had
• Your feedback about the help/support you’ve had

At the end, you can enter a prize draw to win £100 for completing the survey!

It is up to you whether you take part. You can stop taking part at any time.

How the information will be used:
Your responses will only be seen by the research team and used for research purposes. The answers will be anonymised, meaning you won’t be named or identifiable in the results. They will be used to help your local family hub and the government understand more about family hubs services, families’ experiences, and how to improve support for families.

This Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re highlighting perinatal mental health.
Following Coventry’s 2023 Perinatal Mental Health Needs Review, there were approximately 4500 births a year in Coventry. More than 10% needed some kind of mental health support, many of those were supported within their community.
If you’re not feeling like yourself, support is available. Speak to your GP, midwife or health visitor.
Find out more in the comments.
This Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 is all about rediscovering you and understanding that becoming a parent can bring many emotions.
If you’re not feeling like yourself, you’re not alone.
Some parents may experience:
• Feeling low, anxious or overwhelmed
• Difficulty sleeping or switching off
• Feeling disconnected from their baby
• Worrying thoughts that are hard to manage
If this sounds familiar, speak to your GP, midwife or health visitor, talk to someone you trust, and take small moments to rest and look after yourself.
If you feel you are in crisis call 111 and select the mental health option.
Support is there when you’re ready, find out more in the comments
