At our New Talent Induction, our New Talent Lead, Kellie Emery, shared why she believes this is a place where you can grow, explore new paths and build a career that's uniquely yours. With almost 170 new starters joining us, the day was packed with insights, inspiration and a chance to see how every role contributes to delivering for our customers and protecting one of our most precious shared resources.
