We’ll be back in familiar surroundings at The Twisted Barrel, from 3:30pm onwards on Saturday 30th May, so feel free to stop by for a drink or a few.

While at the Twisted Barrel we would like to build on our recent success so a couple of us will be going round asking you to jot down your feedback and ideas. Help us to build an inclusive community, creating real action that is meaningful to our members and people across Coventry 💚

New members who have not been involved in the recent campaign are also very welcome! We’d love to meet you and find out if you how you like to get involved in the party through the rest of the year.

The Twisted Barrel have a great selection of beers on tap along with other favourites and non-alcoholic options. Their fully vegan menu is available until 8pm. External food may not be brought onto the premises.
There is step free access to the venue and disabled toilets onsite. If you have any accessibility queries just let us know.

The film is based on the National Emergency Briefing which brought together nine leading UK scientists and experts who set out the latest evidence on climate change and nature breakdown.

YouGov: Majorities of those who voted for all five main parties in 2024 believe water and energy companies should be run in the public sector

Green: 91% should be public
Lab: 89%
LD: 89%
Con: 80%
Ref: 78%

Energy
Green: 80%
Lab: 79%
LD: 74%
Ref: 68%
Con: 59%

But only the Green Party is saying it clearly: bring water and energy back into public hands. And if that's what you'd like to see, vote Green!

Stephen Gray, Esther Reeves, Tom Jewell and Matt Greenhalgh.
Yesterday the results were announced following the Coventry City Council elections, where we increased our councillors from 2 to 4 🥰

Well done to our wonderful volunteers who attended the count today 💛
What a long day with lots of nerves and excitement. As ever, none of this would be possible without people power 💚
A fantastic effort from all candidates, commiserations to those who were not elected but we know this won’t be the last we see of you 😉
In some places the results were sooooooo close! Onwards and upwards. The Green wave will continue to grow and we will be back for more seats next year 😁
