🚰 Water Supply Disruption 🚰

We have received an update via Tunbridge Wells Borough Council regarding the ongoing South East Water supply disruption affecting Cranbrook and Benenden.

South East Water has advised that the Cranbrook reservoir did not replenish sufficiently overnight, meaning some properties on higher ground and at the extremities of the network remain without supply.

📍 Approx. 200 properties in Cranbrook and 50 in Benenden are currently affected.

💧 Bottled water is available from 11am at the Weald Leisure Centre.

🚿 Shower facilities at the Weald Leisure Centre are also available for residents.

Residents who may need additional support are encouraged to register for the South East Water Priority Services Register: see link in comments

If you know anyone without water who cannot travel to the Weald Leisure Centre, please assist them where possible including helping them register for the South East Water Priority Services Register.

South East Water advises that intermittent or loss of supply may continue until demand on the network reduces, with the current worst-case scenario being disruption continuing until Monday.

TWBC and partner agencies continue to attend coordination meetings and monitor the situation closely.
