The local requirement in the deeds requires a connection to Smarden or a local parish which is specified as Egerton, Pluckley, Bethersden, High Halden, Biddenden, Headcorn or Boughton Malherbe. For example this could be a family member in one of these areas, family support, area of employment, children attend the school etc.

A lovely morning stroll around Crane Valley Local Nature Reserve today. Although I missed the dawn chorus, I still managed to record a decent variety of bird species using a bird sound identification app.🐦
