🌟 Fundraiser for our Communication Library 🌟
Outreach 3Way is fundraising to create a dedicated Communication Library—a vital resource designed to support individuals across our community, particularly those attending SMILE, our day service in Crawley, West Sussex.

Our vision is to develop an inclusive, accessible centre of excellence where people can express themselves, be understood, and fully engage as valued members of Outreach 3Way.
The Communication Library will offer a wide range of resources—from simple visual aids such as picture cards and communication boards to more advanced electronic communication devices. These tools are essential for individuals who may experience challenges with speech, writing, or understanding language, helping to promote independence, confidence, and meaningful connection 💙
While particularly beneficial for people with autism, cerebral palsy, and other learning disabilities, this resource will support anyone facing barriers to communication—because everyone deserves to be heard.

🌱🌼 Our Garden Project Has Begun! 🌼🌱
Our Community Hubs and S.M.I.L.E have been very busy getting started on an exciting gardening project at our Ifield site! The team have a wonderful vision to create a beautiful, welcoming garden space for everyone to enjoy 🌿💚
This will be an ongoing project, and we can’t wait to share updates with you as the transformation unfolds—so keep an eye on our page! 👀✨
The hard work kicked off last Monday. Although the weather wasn’t on our side 🌦️, it certainly didn’t dampen spirits—everyone got stuck in with smiles, teamwork, and plenty of enthusiasm! 💪🌸
We’re so proud of everyone involved and can’t wait to see how the garden grows 🌻

Disability Pride in the Memorial Gardens, Crawley on the 11th of July between 10:00am and 3:00pm.

We will be attending with a stall on the day. There will be other providers there, music and games so should be a really fun day. Could you please share this.

Please do come along if you can!

There is a theme of “Adventurers” on the day, it isn’t mandatory but it is good fun!

Anyone who comes along and would like to dress up, there will be a prize for the best dressed Adventurer!!!!

A workshop run by the “One World Orchestra” and based in the Broadfield Community Centre. We got to play drums, acoustic guitars, electric guitars, bass guitars and also electronic keyboards and we sang and not to forget, we got to dance as well!

Today we can see Robert, Bleu, Angela, Richard, David and Brendan in the Cookery group making their own pizza each and choosing their own toppings including pepperoni, peppers, Tomato, onions, mushrooms and cheese. 🍅🫑🧅🧀🍕😁

Happy Birthday Andrea 🎂

Andrea had the best birthday surprise thanks to her wonderful link worker, Mon. She received a personalised birthday message from her absolute favourite — Boy George — and she was over the moon.

We played it on the big projector and watching her face light up was pure magic.

A huge thank you to the incredible Paul Sutton at BoyGeorgeTribute.co.uk. Boy Gorgeous for his kindness and generosity. He truly went above and beyond to make Andrea’s day unforgettable.
