DEFRA have refreshed the guidance notes that accompany The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018. These changes came into force on 1st February 2022. Anyone who holds an animal activities licence is encouraged to look at the revised guidance as there are some substantial changes in certain areas which could affect the operation of your business.
