UPDATE - Community Recreation Facilities in Crowle

Following the recent drop-in events, the Masterplan for the Community Recreation Facilities Project has been updated to reflect parishioner feedback.

The main improvements are:
• The new Cycle Mud Track will be an expanded version of the current Track; this addresses concerns about a remote location near the new allotments
• The Scout Group’s ‘Knives and Fires’ area will be moved closer to their storage containers for convenience and safety reasons
• Space has been allowed for a possible ‘Men in Sheds’ facility.

An Update leaflet including the revised Masterplan is being delivered to all homes in the Parish. We’ll share regular updates on progress going forward.

Support for fuel for low income households

Low-income households across Worcestershire who rely on heating oil or Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and are struggling with rising energy costs can now access dedicated support through the Oil and LPG Energy Support Scheme.

The scheme provides vital assistance to residents who are at immediate risk of running out of fuel and losing the ability to heat their homes or access hot water.

Eligible households can receive a one-off £300 contribution towards the cost of an oil or LPG delivery. Payments are made directly to the fuel supplier and are designed as crisis relief to help households maintain essential heating and hot water.
