Whether you want to work out, swim in the pool or simply relax, Cupar Sports Centre has something for you. Facilities include a 25 metre swimming pool, multi purpose sports hall, gym, squash courts and 3G astro pitch.

🌟 Our Customer Highlights: Anne's Story 🌟

This World Mental Health Day (10th October), we're celebrating Anne's journey. 💚

After some encouragement from her husband, Anne joined our Health and Wellbeing programme and now regularly attends our group fitness classes. Along the way, she's improved her health and fitness, made lifelong friends, found a supportive community, and grown in confidence. 😊

For Anne, being more active has had a positive impact on both her physical and mental wellbeing, helping her feel happier, healthier, and more connected. 💙
