Calling all willing volunteers!!!

2nd June 10-12 at the Community Orchard

Can you help plant a wildflower meadow in Albany Park?

After years of neglect the fruit trees in the park have been pruned (thanks Bryan!) and volunteers from the Community Council, Freuchie in Flower and local residents have removed 44 bags of old vegetation from the undergrowth.

We are now ready for the final push to sow 2kg of wildflowers. There is still some heavy work to do digging circles around the trees and raking the soil so if you have some tools (or even if you don't!) why not come along to lend a hand 👍

Another of our fabulous local artists, welcoming visitors to their creative spaces this weekend. Open today until 5pm and tomorrow from 10am until 5pm. Pop along to see their wonderful work 🖌️🎨🖼️

I like this door. It makes me feel taller. You can too if you’d like to visit the open studios at Studio 77. Just follow the blue balloons and come for a blether about the weather, art, life any and all topics welcome
