๐ฎโโ๏ธ Neighbourhood officers carried out an early-morning warrant at an address in Hendre Farm Drive on Tuesday 23 June.
โน๏ธ Officers investigating the sale and supply of illegal drugs in Ringland seized a large quantity of cannabis, a large amount of cash and two off-road bikes from the address.
โ A 31-year-old man and 35-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class B โ cannabis, and possession of criminal property.
โน๏ธ Both, from Newport, remain in police custody at this time as our enquiries continue.
PC Will Scarrettt, neighbourhood ward manager for Alway, said:
