From the 8th - 11th October, Visual Arts Scotland returns to Dalkeith Palace for a full weekend celebrating creativity in all its forms. Explore two free events under one historic roof.

Open each day 10am - 4pm, discover The Whole and The Hole, a moving image exhibition exploring ideas of space, absence and transformation, alongside The Space Between, their largest Graduate showcase to date.

Then from 10th - 11th October, why not also browse the VAS Artist & Makers Market, featuring original artwork, ceramics, jewellery, textiles, prints and more from talented Scottish artists and makers.

Plus, back for the last time this year, make a day of it and stop by Mimi’s Bakehouse at The Palace Pantry for coffee, cakes, light lunches and afternoon tea*
