We are delighted to share the transformation of the St James’ Community Hall following a major programme of refurbishment earlier this year.
The works included the replacement of flooring in three rooms, the creation of a much-needed store room, the opening up of five windows facing Allan Street to bring in more light, the installation of a new semi-commercial kitchen, and complete redecoration throughout the interior.

This project has been made possible through a generous grant from the National Lottery Community Fund, for which we are enormously grateful. We also wish to thank members of the congregation and supporters of St James’ who contributed so generously towards the overall cost of the works.

We hope that these improvements will help the Hall continue to serve both the parish and the wider community for many years to come!
