We are delighted to announce that after a few years of planning, design, and construction, we can finally say our recent Starbucks development is now open!

Located at the existing Barnsdale Bar Services at Pontefract on the Southbound A1 (WF8 3JF) the development will also soon include a new Mac Donald’s drive thru and Cooplands bakery.

Project Complete - conversion of an existing bungalow to this fabulous swimming pool and gymnasium is complete. A big thank you to Foden Spence Construction, WHITEWATERS LTD , Shaun Todhunter, Anelec and Fenetek windows for assistance with bringing the clients requirements to fruition. This has been been a wonderful project to work on and I am very proud of the outcome.

Timber frame now constructed on the replacement dwelling in Sowerby-Under-Cotcliffe. The wall and Roof insulation has been provided by Actis which is a unique reflective insulation and multifoil insulation with a built-in vapour control function and a built-in breather membrane function providing an excellent thermal performance. One of our recent projects is now complete and open for business. The old Dulux paint centre on Hilton Grange in Sunderland has been converted into a new Starbucks Drive Thru, and the finished product looks amazing. Progress Update - Swimming Pool house and home gymnasium in Darlington now has the windows and glass roof installed (supplied by Fenetek Ltd ) and provides a great feature to this converted 70s bungalow and link to the main house. The pool has been tiled, plant all installed and Sauna in place. Rendering to commence this week.
