We're hugely grateful to RRT Uk Ltd for the 30 emergency food boxes delivered to us this morning. These will help with people who need food but haven't yet been referred to us, walk-ins and those who are homeless.

Healthy Start Allowance

The NHS Healthy Start scheme provides eligible pregnant people and families with children under four in Northamptonshire a prepaid card. The card is topped up every four weeks to buy basic food items like milk, infant formula, fruit, and vegetables, and lets you claim free local vitamins.

Allowance Rates
£4.25 per week from the 10th week of pregnancy
£8.50 per week for each baby under 1 year old
£4.25 per week for each child aged between 1 and 4 years old

Eligibility Requirements
You must be over 10 weeks pregnant or have a child under 4, and receive a qualifying benefit such as:Universal Credit (take-home pay of £408 or less per month)Income Support or Income-based JSAChild Tax Credit (annual family income of £16,190 or less)

Free Vitamins: Show your Healthy Start card at your local West Northamptonshire Family Hubs or North Northamptonshire Family Hubs to pick up free vitamins for women and young children.

Pop along for a fabulous day of food, entertainment and fun for all ages. 🤩🤩🤩

Not long now until our Summer Fete on Saturday 15th of August! Come and join us for an afternoon of live music by Early Nights, BBQ and handmade pizzas and many different stalls! Bar open all day.

Stalls open from 11:30 until 15:30 and food available from 12:00 until 15:00.

🎉🎉Some of our stalls attending are Clare Lester Creations Sewnforvic Creative Faces Waxes of Woodford sammbees Tropic Skincare Tamsin’s Bakes - Gluten Free Goodies and more🎉🎉

We are also proud to sponsor Food Bank Daventry this year. All proceeds from the sale of stall spots will be donated to this amazing charity. We shall have a donation point if anyone would like to drop off any donations or leave a few pennies with the bar team.

We are incredibly grateful to the Daventry Consolidated Charity for agreeing funding for these children's snack packs. They will be going out with any family referral throughout August. (Contents may vary according to availability.)
