🚗 Merry Mates are back in Mongeham!

After a long break, Merry Mates Play With Cars! is returning to Great Mongeham Parish Hall. It's a car-themed playgroup made for little car lovers, with giant Hot Wheels city tracks, ride-on cars, RC stunt cars, a mini rollercoaster and a baby-safe soft zone.
Screen-free, hands-on play that's less chaos and more creative, with a chill moment for grown-ups and a chance to meet other local families.

Bright Skies Classes
Gentle Yoga – Move, Breathe & Relax

Looking for a gentle way to release tension, lift your spirits and give yourself some time to unwind?

Our relaxing yoga sessions are suitable for different abilities and can be practised from a chair, on the mat, or somewhere in between. 🧘‍♀️
We also use a range of props to help you explore your practice in a comfortable and supportive way.

🌿 SEO Support Needed – Independent Yoga Teacher 🧘‍♀️

I’m looking for some budget-friendly SEO support to help me extend the reach of my yoga teaching and make my classes more accessible to the wider community.

I’m currently training as a Yoga Therapist and am trained to deliver the ‘Yoga for Health’ and ‘Yoga for NHS’ protocols devised by the Yoga in Healthcare Alliance.

I currently offer a diverse range of yoga classes online and in and around Deal, supporting people with different needs and levels of experience.

Rapid Results Circuit Classes

Hi all, I teach two Circuit Classes every Tuesday at the two times and venue shown on the poster.

There will also be one class on Wednesday the 12th at 7pm til 7.45pm if you can't make Tuesday 💪.

This is an amazing class that works everything in a 45 minute workout, perfect for busy people, people who want to add a bit more to their workout routine and for those who want kick start or re-start their fitness journey.

18 fun and challenging stations 🔥
Bodyweight and various equipment 🏋️
Strength, Cardio and Core all in one 🎯
Come solo 💪 or bring a friend 🤜🤛
Go at your pace 🏃 or really push yourself 🚀
Good music 🎵 to workout too.
Friendly, welcoming and supportive class 🙏
Motivating, kind, funny and supportive trainer ( me I'll leave it there 😂)
