| Appeal launched following e-scooter robbery in Derby
Officers investigating the robbery of a teenage boy’s e-scooter in Derby are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
The incident happened in Farmhouse Road, Sinfin, at about 4.30pm on Saturday 25 July.
A 14-year-old boy on an e-scooter was approached by two suspects who grabbed the vehicle and demanded the victim get off it.
They rode off on the boy's scooter in the direction of a nearby ASDA.
Both suspects are described as either men or boys and were wearing face coverings.
One is described as being 6ft tall, with a slim build and was wearing a grey and black Nike Tech tracksuit. He was carrying a black, red and white coloured backpack, and was wearing black trainers.
The second suspect was 5ft 6ins tall, and was wearing a full black tracksuit with his hood up and black gloves.
Officers investigating the incident are now appealing for the public’s help.
We would like to hear from anyone who has CCTV, Ring doorbell or dash cam footage which may have captured the incident and has not yet spoken with officers.
