| Appeal for information launched following street fight in Derby
We are appealing for information after a fight broke out in the street following a road traffic collision in Derby.
Officers were called out to reports of a large group of people gathered in Osmaston Road, Allenton, close to the Ascot Hotel, at about 2.15pm on Sunday (31 May).
Witnesses said a white BMW and a blue Kia Sportage were involved in a minor collision, which led to a man being assaulted shortly afterwards.
A Ford Focus then pulled up and a group of men became involved in the altercation.
Two men, aged 18 and 19, were arrested on suspicion of affray in relation to the incident.
A 43-year-old man sustained a head injury during the incident and was taken to hospital.
His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.
Enquiries into the incident are ongoing and we are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
Of particular interest is anyone with CCTV, Ring doorbell or dash cam footage who has not yet spoken to officers.
We would also like to hear from anyone who may have filmed the incident on their phone.
