Foyle Hospice Foyle Hospice provides specialist palliative care services for patients with life-limiting illnesses.

Foyle Hospice, situated by the River Foyle in Derry/Londonderry, provides palliative and end-of-life care for patients suffering from Cancer. Patients with other life-limiting illnesses such as Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, Parkinson's Disease and COPD are also cared for. Our commitment is to improve the quality of life of patients while extending care and support to their families and loved ones.

30 Days of Good Deeds 💙

A huge congratulations to Bernadette Mc Connell who recently received one of the good deeds being carried out by our Chief Executive, Donall Henderson 👏!

Bernadette visited our Strabane Shop and was delighted to receive a 10-week membership to the Foyle Hospice Weekly Draw, giving her the chance to win fantastic cash prizes while supporting local hospice care.

Foyle Hospice is proud to be one of five charities benefitting from 30 Days of Good Deeds, a global kindness campaign created by the Mo Chuisle Foundation.

As 30 Days of Good Deeds enters its final few days, it was great to see the campaign highlighted on Highland Radio this morning.

Donall Henderson, Chief Executive at Foyle Hospice joined Lee alongside Caoimhe Kenny, the current Miss Ireland, who is supporting the campaign.

30 Days of Good Deeds is all about simple acts of kindness, taking a few minutes to do something thoughtful for someone else, making a small donation if you can, and nominating three people to keep the kindness going.

Thank you to Highland Radio for helping share the message and to everyone who has already taken part.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Daly family, who recently presented a cheque for £3,000 to Foyle Hospice and €3,000 to Donegal Hospice following a fundraising day held in memory of Mary Daly.

The generosity and support shown by the family, friends and local community who contributed to this special fundraising event is greatly appreciated. Their kindness will help both hospices continue providing vital care and support to patients and families when they need it most.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to play a key role in helping us raise the vital funds needed to support local patients and families.

📍 Based in Derry/Londonderry
⏰ 37.5 hours per week (occasional evening and weekend work required)
📅 Fixed-Term Contract – 15 Months
