We are proud to be one of the largest youth support services in Wiltshire. With support from a wide-range of public sector service partners, sponsors and Trust giving organisations we offer support to a broad network of youth clubs and also to disadvantage

Your amazing support will help us to provide a wide range of exciting and fun respite and breaks activities in 2026, for Young Carers in Wiltshire.

Thanks to your amazing support, we have nearly reached our Big Give Christmas Challenge target in support of Youth Action Wiltshire Young Carers Service! 🎁🎄

A very big ⭐⭐ thank you ⭐⭐ to everyone who has shared and donated so far to help us raise over £5,800.

Community First - Wiltshire & Swindon is seeking a visionary Chair of Trustees with a passion for local communities to lead our strategic development and governance. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact on local communities through innovative programmes, including Youth Action Wiltshire, outdoor education, community development and employment support.

🗓️ Application deadline: 16 November 2025
📍 Location: Devizes, Wiltshire
🕒 Commitment: Approx. 15–25 days per year

We are pleased to announce that permission has been granted for an ambitious redevelopment of Oxenwood Outdoor Education Centre. The Centre, which is owned and operated by Community First - Wiltshire & Swindon, is a beloved site for outdoor learning and adventure.

We are now moving forward with the approved plans which were developed in partnership with Batterham Smith Architects. We are grateful to our Trustees for their vision and support throughout this process.

This milestone marks a huge step forward in securing the legacy of Oxenwood. The redevelopment will ensure that future generations of learners, adventurers and explorers can benefit from the wonderful opportunities offered by the Centre.

Day 5 (and last day) of the Hugo Halkes voyage with Tall Ships Youth Trust and it was all hands on deck getting us back to Portsmouth from Cowes. After cleaning the boat, packing up our stuff and some more songs it was time to say goodbye to our wonderful crew. 10 happy and tired sailors back in Wiltshire now. Plus some selfies from the top of the mast!

Day 4 of the Hugo Halkes voyage with Tall Ships Youth Trust and we have climbed the mast, completed man over board drills, got all the sails up so we could tack and gybe the boat, sung a lot of songs at full volume and successfully steered round a course of buoys on a night navigation exercise.
