We can't wait to see those of you who booked a place later this evening for our two Woodland Walks! 🌳🦇

Please note the start time below of 8:30pm 🌳 We will first have the woodland walk, discovering some of the trees and plants that make Quaker Wood the valuable habitat it is, followed by the bat walk once sunset begins! ☀️

⛔ A reminder of the temporary road closures in place this Sunday for the Diss Carnival Procession!

Roads will be closed between 12pm & 2pm at the following locations: Walcot Road, Mount Street, Market Place, Mere Street, Park Road. ⛔

👀🏆 CARNIVAL WINDOW DISPLAY JUDGING TAKES PLACE TODAY! 🏆👀

From 1pm, the Town Mayor will be joined by Diss’ Honoured Citizen, Iain Sturgeon, and last year’s winner Adkins Opticians Ltd , to judge the displays!

Make sure your windows are looking their very best and ready for inspection! 😄

The winning display will be notified ahead of the trophy presentation, which will take place in the Pavilion this Sunday. Good luck to everyone taking part! 🎉

This bench was starting to look a little tired, but a fresh coat of paint by our outdoor team has given it a new lease of life😀👍

From worn to wonderful! The outdoor team have been giving some of our railings and posts a fresh lick of paint this week. Looking much smarter! 😁

Our maintenance team have repainted the bin and bench along Park Road today. Looking much better! 👍
