a) To Receive Report from District Councillors and/or CDC Officers

b) To Identify any New Highway Matters for consideration by CDC and/or Other Agencies.

c) To Consider planning applications and report to the Planning Authority any observations made by the Parish Council on the following

a) To Receive the First Quarter (June) bank reconciliation against the bank statements
b) To Note the bank account balances at 30.6.26
c) To Consider approval of bank transactions, including the noting of contractual payments
9. TO CONSIDER RECREATIONAL MATTERS
a) Hayfield Park
i) To Update on the resurfacing of the paths
ii) To Note and Consider use of remaining s106 funds
iii) To Consider improvements to the entrance
iv) To receive further update regarding proposal for use of Hayfield Park from Civilian Welfare Committee 558 Squadron Finningley RAFAC
b) Riverside Park
i) To Consider the strimming contract
ii) To Consider quotations for legionella risk assessment
iii) To Consider quotations for a risk-based tree survey
iv) To Consider football fees for the upcoming season
v) To Consider terms and conditions of use for the football team
vi) To Receive letter of advice from solicitor with regards to encroachment and consider further action required in relation to the encroachment of land at the rear of 29 Sandhill Rise.
vii) To Consider any further action required in relation to the encroachment of land to the rear of 31 Sandhill Rise due to building work

a) To Receive update on CDC works at the Ellers Lane parade of shops

d) To Consider further update on the replacement/refurbishment of seats on the village green by CDC
e) To Consider the ongoing maintenance of the wooden planters on Hayfield Lane.
f) To Consider information from Highways and the response from 37 Sandhill Rise to letter regarding bins

a) To Receive update from the Clerk on locating new noticeboard at the Ellers Lane parade of shops and near the co-op on Hayfield Lane
