The Community Connectors are members of the SMILE team who are working alongside to help adults with learning disabilities and autism, connect with their community.

📍We will be meeting at Flourish Café, St Catherine's House, Tickhill Road, Doncaster DN4 8QN.

🗓️ Walks take place every other Tuesday from 1:30pm to 3:00pm.

🌟Our Physical Activity Connector, Julia, will be leading the walk.

This is for anyone who wants to get outside, meet new people and have a gentle stroll and a chat. Gentle activity and friendly company can help boost your mental health. Please note -people who are under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
