Important information for parents and carers
HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) is currently reviewing cases where families in England may have been incorrectly refused Child Benefit or Child Tax Credit. This applies to young people aged 16–18 who are being educated outside of a school or college setting.
If this could apply to your family, you may be able to have your case looked at again.
