We were buzzing with excitement today 🐝 we made some sparkly bees, threw some fuzzy bee friends through a bunch of flowers 🌼 and planted a sunflower seed 🌻. Yes in this heat! We were surprised too.

Our story was Jasper's Beanstalk. 🌱🫘

It's a very hot one today. The library is open 10am - 4:45pm.

You're welcome to come in out of the sun, YOU DONT NEED TO BE A MEMBER.

Children's activity is @ 2:30pm

Remember to drink plenty of water today🚰, keep out of the sun🌞 between 12 and 3 and wear SPF.

We're certainly in the mix of exam time now. With some of our teen members having started their GCSEs and our junior members start SATs this week.

Here at the library we want to wish them all good luck. Be the best you can be and you'll be amazing.

Who left an enormous Easter chick in the library? 🐥 The Junior Members did their best to fill him up 😂 There was a cracking treasure hunt 🥚and egg-cellent bingo 🤩

Some fabulous colouring ✏️ led us to...Easter Bun-nies! That's right beautiful and delicious buns.

Thank you to everyone who helped, tidied and joined in.

Our book was about a full stop . as they are little and round and we were all getting a little egg-asperated 😂 with eggs.
