APEX TKD provides inclusive Taekwondo training for children and young people, combining traditional Taekwondo with modern sport and practical martial arts training. Sessions include fundamental techniques, patterns, pad work, sparring, self-defence and controlled destruction activities. New students can attend their first week free before deciding whether to continue.

🎪Last week Campus Doncaster we had a day full of circus-themed fun 🎪

In the morning Grace from Active Fusion warmed us all up, then taught us some brilliant dance moves followed by some impressive circus skills 🤹‍♀️🤡

Once we had all had lunch we were joined by Lisa from Hidden Treasures jewellery & home accessories who had prepared us some circus themed crafts. We created clowns and circus tents before the children's imaginations took over and creativity mode was activated 👨🏽‍🎨

We asked the children for suggestions for future activity camps and they suggested; 3D Printing, jewellery making, .crafting, gymnastics, sports and practical skills.
