QUESTIONS TO ASK YOUR SOLAR and BATTERY INSTALLER

Before you spend your hard-earned money, ask a few questions:

☀️ Are they MCS certified for both solar PV and battery storage?

🔋 Will you receive the correct MCS certification for both your solar and battery installation?

🏢 Have they been in business as long as the warranty they’re offering you?

📍 Do they have a proper local head office you can actually visit, or just a call centre hundreds or thousands of miles away?

🏠 Do they employ local people and support the local economy?

👷 Do they employ and train apprentices?

💷 Do they pay their taxes here in the UK?

📊 Will they give you a genuine, realistic payback period, rather than telling you what you want to hear?
