I am looking for a cleaner - £15 phr - 2 hours per day - 6am until 8am - with occasional Air b and b changeovers on top paid extra ad hoc.

Core mornings:

Monday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday

Supplies provided. 1 cleaner only (not per person). Self employment basis. Pm for details.

Hi All - Just a quick update - learning from last year's issues, to protect the systems from overheating the pool boiler will be turned off during the day for next week due to circa 30 degrees weather.

If the pool is slightly cooler than usual this is the reason.

Hi All - Because of energy pricing instability I am temporarily pausing taking on new memberships until things settle down.You can still book per hour via the website www.swimmingattheoldgym.com or more directly https://calendly.com/swimmingattheoldgym . Existing memberships will remain in place until cancelled but will not renewed until there is energy stability or governmental subsidies. Swim schools are uneffected. Annual memberships will roll off onto monthly memberships when their term is up.

I will keep you updated.

Hi All - a polite reminder to not stand on the hand rail - it pulls away from the wall and causes damage to the liner.

The liner costs around £20,000 to purchase and install, damage to the liner will result in immediate closure to the public given misuse.

Again, please be respectful of the facilities.

Please be aware there will workman present around mid day to further reinforce the steps to the pool. They are unfortunately broken again.

Hi All - A polite reminder to take out your hair clips before you swim. The pool liner (1 year old, costing around 20k to replace), is stained already because of rusted hair clips. The chlorine reacts with the iron in the clips. Please be mindful and look after the pool.

Hey All - I fixed the ladder :). I got a double step at the bottom because I know some of the older individuals among us need a little extra help :).
