UPDATE FROM NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL RECEIVED ON 05.06.2026:

Downham Market: London Road – Greenwich Close,

Traffic Lights Replacement

Following our email of 29 May 2026 about the proposed traffic signal replacement at the London Road/Greenwich Close junction, we wanted to provide an update.

This work was part of a wider programme to replace older traffic signals across the county and bring them up to modern standards.

However, following some feedback received about the proposal we have decided to postpone the works to allow us time to review the plans. Therefore, we will not be carrying out any work at this location for now.

We will provide an update once works have been rescheduled.
