Here we go … Monday morning 10.00 seated yoga at The Heriotts. We love to have fun with exercise. If you can’t move it … just go onto the next bit. We all struggle with movement one way or another but laugh our way through. We’re a friendly fun group so why not give us a go!! Look forward to seeing you xx

Why not come and give it a go. I will say if you’re looking for a serious group then … well … the emphasis for us is on community and fun …. and we do have both.
