Home Educator Day is 14th September - and this time you're surrounded by what you're learning about 🪨

You come to the canal, you work with real specimens, you understand how rocks form. But then you get in a boat and actually float through the evidence - tunnels carved through stone that's 425 million years old. It's not just a lesson, it's hands-on discovery.

Your kids take something home they made. It runs 10am-2pm, bring a packed lunch, and it's adult and child £23. Geology actually makes sense when you're surrounded by it.

Remember- photographs need to be your own work, taken in Saltwells National Nature Reserve and in landscape format. Please also let us know which month your photographs were taken.

There's still time to get down here before the school run starts 🚤

Bring the kids on a NAVVY morning and they're entertained with music and lights the whole way through. Or come down in the afternoon and get a deeper insight into the history while you're floating through the caverns.
