Our new look canteen is complete and is amazing!

New menu’s will also be announced by our new catering provider on Tuesday.

Monday 31st Aug: ❌ Bank Holiday.

Tuesday 1st Sept: ❌ Teachers and staff only.

Wednesday 2nd Sept: Y7 & Y12 students only.

Thursday 3rd Sept: ALL students return.

Dear parents students and carers,

We have today had a ‘live’ update from The Sports Shop & Custom Clothes in Kingswinford as of 11am.

They have done an amazing job!

Point 1:

There is only 1 outstanding order that was made before 1st August and that is for a RAIN JACKET only. There are no other outstanding orders prior to the 1st Aug guidance.

*Anyone who ordered on or prior to 1st August online please check your email (inc spam/junk ). If you haven’t received an email please telephone or email before making your way to the shop for collection.

Point 2:

Any order AFTER the 1st August and prior to the 20th August - There have been 11 orders made. These are being processed this week, so please await notification via email. Same process applies as above.

Point 3:

Since the 20th August there have been a further 19 orders. These will be processed as soon as possible.

Please note: There is NO issue with stock for the active uniform.

I think everyone can now see this has been an excellent service by the supplier and if you are ordering after 20th August online, there is bound to be a risk.

If you have any concerns, they have said please call the store or visit them during opening hours and they will be more than happy to help.

We hope this helps and provides clarity.

Polite reminder to all parents, carers and students.

We have been very clear on our expectations in terms of uniform for September 2026.

We have also created an alternative ‘Active’ uniform as an option for students and families.

We will not allow alternatives as we have provided a choice for families and plenty of information and time for students and families to make that choice.

The visual below reminds students and their families of our expectations.

📣Enrolment to Milner Sixth will take place once results have been collected tomorrow ( 20th August)

🎓Internal students - You can arrive from 8.30am to collect your results and enrol into Sixth Form.

🎓External students - Please arrive after 9am. Enrolment will be open until 11.30am. Please bring a copy of your results with you.

Stand out performance !!

Congratulations to Hamza on his excellent set of results - We wish him all the very best of luck as he starts his journey into Medicine in September.

We look forward to having him back before he starts his course to support students who are also wishing to study Medicine in our Year 13.
