This week is Mental Health Awareness Week 2026. This year's theme is Action because, while awareness is vital, real change comes when we take action too.
At Dulverton Library, we have Reading Well collections for adults, teenagers and children which provide helpful information and support for managing many different mental health conditions.
Reading Well books have a six week loan period and no late fees.
