We have some exciting news to share from Bespoke Support! Next month, we will be celebrating our 5th birthday, and we are also thrilled to announce the results of our inspection from last month.

We received two "5" ratings, which is the second-highest possible score! We are incredibly proud of this achievement and are committed to continuing to provide excellent support. Our goal is to support people to remain at home safely for as long as possible, while also encouraging them to engage in meaningful interactions, conversations, and to access their local community and beyond to enhance their quality of life.

I wanted to share how incredibly grateful I am for our amazing clients and their supportive families and representatives. We are also very fortunate to have such a dedicated staff team. The support we receive from our staff is invaluable; without them, we wouldn't be able to provide the level of care and support we do to so many individuals.

We now offer the following additional services:

* Foot Care
* Shopping
* Cleaning

We have also purchased a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle to assist our clients in attending appointments or events of their choice.

Hours: 16 hours per week
Shifts: 07:00 - 11:00, with the opportunity for additional hours
Weekend Work: Required every second weekend
Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour (Monday - Friday) and £16.00 per hour (weekends)
As a Support Worker, your role will involve assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, medication management, and companionship. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of our clients by providing emotional support and fostering a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality personal led tailored to individual needs.
Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility support.
Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Job Vacancy for a Support Worker to support a Male Gym Enthusiast

We're seeking a motivated and energetic Support Worker to accompany a male individual to the gym on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 2 pm to 5 pm. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in promoting the individual's physical and mental well-being by assisting him with his gym routine, including lifting weights and providing overall support.

Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

Accompanying and driving the individual to the gym on the designated days and times
Assisting the individual with their gym routine, including lifting weights and other exercises
Providing emotional support and encouragement to help the individual achieve their fitness goals
Ensuring the individual's safety and well-being during gym sessions
Developing a positive and supportive relationship with the individual

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need:

A full UK driving licence
A positive and enthusiastic attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in supporting individuals with physical or mental health needs (desirable but not essential)
Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
