A huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who came along to our Summer Fête today! ☀️🎉

We are truly overwhelmed by the incredible turnout, generosity, and kindness shown by our wonderful community. It means more to us than words can express, and we are so grateful to each and every person who came along and supported us.

A very special thank you goes to our amazing staff, who worked so hard to make the day possible — whether you were selling raffle tickets, running stalls, giving demonstrations, or simply stepping in wherever help was needed. Your dedication and teamwork made the day so special, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

We would also like to extend our deepest thanks to all the fantastic local businesses who so generously donated prizes for our fête. Your kindness and support truly made a difference and helped create such a joyful and successful day. We are so lucky to be part of such a caring and supportive community. ❤️

Once everything has been counted, we’ll be sharing our grand total on Monday! 🤞🎉 We’re also so pleased to share that a portion of the money raised will be donated to charity, with the remainder going towards our Christmas lunch — something we can all look forward to together.

Today our team took part in a moving and handling refresher with Cheryl from CTC, covering slide sheet techniques, discussing real-life scenarios, and refreshing best practice.

We also introduced our new Raizer Chair, demonstrating how it can safely support someone from the floor following a non-injury fall—another step forward in providing safe, dignified and innovative care.

At Bespoke Support (Dumfries) Ltd, we're busy preparing for our Summer Fete for the wonderful people we support, and while the event itself is only open to our clients, their families and invited guests due to insurance requirements, everyone can still be part of it by supporting our Summer Raffle! 💙

🎁 We have some fantastic prizes up for grabs, with more still being added, so there's plenty of chances to win!

❤️ Every raffle ticket sold helps make a real difference.

Funds raised will go towards providing a memorable Christmas Dinner and celebrations for our clients, helping to reduce loneliness and bring people together during the festive season. Any remaining funds will be donated to local charities and organisations that are close to our hearts or that support the people we care for.

We also see the impact this has on people's hygiene, comfort, wellbeing, dignity and independence.

Imagine enjoying the comfort and health benefits of a warm shower... without stepping into a shower, climbing in and out of a bath, or worrying about slips, trips and falls.

✨ No bathroom? No problem.
✨ No shower? No problem.
✨ Limited mobility? No problem.

Whether you're in your bedroom, living room or another room where you feel most comfortable, this service is designed to bring the shower to you.

A warm shower is about so much more than getting clean. It can help:

🚨 New Service Coming Soon – Falls & Welfare Response Service 🚨

Bespoke Support (Dumfries) Ltd is delighted to announce that we will soon be launching our new Falls & Welfare Response Service.

This service will provide support following a fall, welfare concern or other non-medical emergency, helping people remain safe and independent at home while awaiting family members, carers or emergency services if required.

As we prepare for launch, we would appreciate your feedback to help us shape the service around the needs of our local community.
