I have had some enquiries as to whether I am open. Please note that due to government restrictions I am now closed until we are designated a new tier. Please note that any work in the shop is stored safely in the meantime. Phil

Customer Notice..
Although I am back to work and open for business there are unfortunate delays.
Supplies for Framing are not easily available due to restrictions and changes to manufacturing.
Unfortunately this has added to a backlog of work, some of which cannot be processed until supplies are available.
In the meantime any new work coming in has a waiting time of at least eight weeks. I am unable to predict when this will change and cannot confirm work will be ready for Christmas.
It is frustrating for me to have all this work outstanding and I hope you understand the difficulties in not being able to offer my usual service.

I have made some changes to the shop to coincide with the new Coronavirus guidelines. Due to the stairs and layout of the shop I can only allow entry to one customer at a time. There is a new door entry system installed for this purpose. Please press the buzzer for entry. There may be a customer already in the shop so please be patient if asked to wait. There is no longer an appointment system in place and opening hours are currently 10am till 4pm Monday to Friday and 10am till 2pm on Saturday. I have had a brilliant customer response since returning to work and thank you all very much. Look forward to seeing you all. Phil.

Prior to reopening the shop I am awaiting the installation of a door entry system for the safety of customers and staff. Social distancing measures only allows for one customer at a time due to the layout of the premises. Unfortunately this may result in delays gaining entry into the shop and ask for your understanding on this. In the meantime from Monday 29th June I will be open by appointment only. For appointments please call 07871296662 between 10am and 1pm. More information on opening times will follow. Phil.

Day 6 of the shop closure. Missing you all and hope you are all okay. Please note that if you have work in for framing it is safely stored on the premises in the meantime. Stay home, stay safe and a big thank you to all who are working in our NHS and key provider industries.
